How to use a daily planner in a fun and efficient way.

Hey Sleuths! So I did a bit of investigative research and asked 32 people around me if they use a daily planner and how do they use it?  These are the results: *Clears throat for effect* 24 said that they do use a planner but of those 24 only 19 stick to using a planner 'cos the other 5 felt like writing down plans was a tedious chore.  "Hmmm, interesting," I pondered.  While the number 32 is a drop in the ocean compared to millions and millions of people who do use a planner and some who use it but in a redundant way, my investigation still reflected people's thoughts on using a notebook to jot down tasks.  This simply means that there are people who don't use a planner (shocking I know) and some who do but find it mundane.  All of this now brings me back to me and what I think of using a planner.
